Oluremi Martins - She is the founder and CEO of Natural Girl Wigs. The company specializes in quality wigs for black women. Starting in Lagos, the brand has expanded globally, with the U.S. being one of its largest markets.

Martins is now developing Texture Science Lab, a hair lab located in Lagos. Its focus is on producing safer fibers and science-backed texturing formulations. Her company is ethically manufacturing hair extensions to provide women with a better hair experience.
