Robbers in Lagos machete female DPO at Otedola Bridge, steal her phone
The Divisional Police Officer of Alausa, CSP Abaniwonda Tokunbo has been attacked by some suspected armed robbers at the Otedola Bridge in the state metropolis. It was gathered that the DPO was on special duty to the bridge when the armed robbers ambushed and attacked her.
The spokesman of the command in Lagos, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, in a statement, on Tuesday, April 30, said on April 9, while on a sting operation to the Otedola Bridge, Alausa in Ikeja, a gang of armed robbers surfaced and suddenly attacked her with cutlass and other dangerous weapons. Hundeyin said after the dastardly act, the hoodlums ran away to an unknown destination.
