The Chairman of Mushin Local Government, Mr. Emmanuel Bamigboye, has announced the distribution of start-up equipment to over 300 youths who recently completed skills acquisition programs in the area.

Bamigboye shared this in a tweet posted on his official X account, describing the initiative as part of the local government’s efforts to empower young residents with the tools to become self-reliant and contribute to economic growth in the community.

The program reportedly trained participants in various trades, including baking and confectionery, fashion design, hairstyling, catering, and tie-dye.

The distribution of equipment is expected to enable the beneficiaries to establish their businesses and improve their livelihoods, further addressing unemployment in Mushin.
