MMA2 hosts Nigeria’s ‘first-ever’ airport wedding ceremony

Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal 2 (MMA2) in Lagos is set to host the country’s first-ever airport wedding today.

The ceremony will take place at the MMA2 terminal’s ticketing hall. It aims to celebrate love and showcase MMA2 as more than just a terminal for flight operations.

Leadership reported that the couple, Alli Olamide Miracle and Agboola Abiodun Qudus, will exchange their vows amidst departing and arriving flights. They will be surrounded by their families, friends, and well-wishers.

Ajoke Yinka-Olawuyi, Head of Corporate Communications at Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited (BASL), stated that the initiative, dubbed ‘My Airport Wedding,’ promises to leave a lasting impression on the aviation and entertainment industries.

“We are thrilled to pioneer this unique event at MMA2,” Yinka-Olawuyi remarked. “It’s a testament to our commitment to innovation and creating memorable experiences for our passengers and terminal users.”
