Early Life
Mr. Ogunkelu was born on October 1, 1979. His father hails from Ibonwon and his mother from Igboye, both under Eredo LCDA in Epe Local Government Area of Lagos state.
He attended Army Barracks Primary School, Epe, from 1987 to 1992, and completed his secondary education between 1993 and 1998. He then pursued higher education at LASU from 1998 to 2004.
He later obtained a master's degree in public administration from LASU and earned a professional qualification from the Institute of Business Strategy (IBS) in 2014.
