Mr. Ogundipe was born in 1964.
He attended All Saints Primary School, Yaba. In 1982, he moved to Baptist Boys High School, Abeokuta.
He completed his A-Levels at Abeokuta Grammar School in 1984 and earned an advanced diploma with Grade A in 1986 from Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta.
By 1989, he had graduated from the University of Ibadan with a degree in psychology.
During his time at the university, he was actively involved in various committees of the Students' Union and the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), according to his official House profile. He also served as the speaker of the Students' Representative Council (SRC).
