The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) has sealed a number of business premises and a church in Isheri Olofin, Ikotun, Ojodu Berger areas of the State for violating the State's environmental laws.

The affected business include Impress Hotel and Event, Chopee Foods, Ezeudokanma Bar, Empire Spot Bar Night Life, and the Celestial Church of Christ, which were shut for breaking extant environmental laws.

In a tweet, it was reported that LASEPA took decisive action by sealing the establishments for "their role in contributing to noise pollution and other environmental offenses. This proactive approach emphasizes LASEPA's dedication to cultivating a peaceful and sustainable environment, placing a high priority on safety, cleanliness, and environmental responsibility."
