The Lagos State House of Assembly has adopted the recommendations of a five-man ad-hoc committee on a petition titled "Undue exemption from Lagos State Government Compensation for EndSARS Looting Victim"

The committee recommended that the victim identified as Mrs. E.S. Salami should go to the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service, LIRS, office for her tax payment history.

The House asked her to also reapply for the grant through the available portal which will be opened soon to the public and ensure that she comply with the conditions attached to the compensation process.

The House also called on officials of the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund to assist the petitioner by ensuring that she is duly compensated after fulfilling all necessary conditions.
