Sources within the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) revealed to Nairametrics that the management made frantic efforts at resolving the challenge, and as resorted to loading the bags of the passengers manually.
The source further alleged that the newly installed conveyor belts face daily breakdowns, occurring approximately 30 minutes each day, particularly during peak periods.
This disruption is notably affecting early morning flights, especially those from the West Coast and Europe.
