EKEDC releases full list of upgraded, downgraded feeders in Lagos
The Eko Electric Distribution Company (EKEDC) has announced the decision to upgrade and downgrade some feeders on its network.
In a tweet on Monday, EKEDC disclosed that both the downward and upward grading were the results of reviews on its performance carried out by its regulators.
The DisCo noted that some feeders were upgraded from Band B to A as proof of improvement in service delivery.
However, the company said that others, due to factors beyond its control, had to be downgraded from Band A to B.
According to EKEDC, the said factors prevented it from keeping to its initial promise of providing electricity for a minimum of 20 hours daily for Band A feeders in the affected areas.
