Education District II prepares for Yoruba Cultural Fiesta

In preparation for the upcoming Mega Yoruba Cultural Fiesta, Tutor-General and Permanent Secretary of Education District II, Mrs. Anike Adekanye, visited His Royal Highness, Oba Babatunde Saliu, Eteubo II, the Oloworo of Oworo Kingdom, to foster support for the event, which aims to strengthen cultural ties within the community.

Oba Saliu commended Adekanye's dedication to education, noting her “exceptional leadership” and positive impact on the district. Adekanye highlighted the backing of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Commissioner Jamiu Tolani Ali-Balogun, as well as the contributions of local principals, teachers, and students in advancing the state’s educational goals.
