2024: Lagos ranks 19th as best city to visit in the world

A global magazine, Time Out, has ranked Lagos as the 19th best city to visit in the world in 2024.
According to their annual global survey, Lagos and two other African countries were part of the top 50 best cities to visit the world. Cape Town in South Africa at 2nd place and Accra in Ghana at 44th.
The report highlighted key attractions on Lagos Island and the mainland, offering excellent experiences to tourists.
The survey rated the city's standard of living, with a 92 percent friendliness, 96 percent locals reporting happiness, and 98 percent describing Lagos as beautiful.
